Then pick one core topic per week.

Here’s the three-post system I teach:

2️⃣ Story Post — Share a short case study or your own story to build context. End with a soft CTA (“Say ‘VIDEO’ below for details”).

3️⃣ Reminder Post — Day-of-the-live gentle nudge (“Going live today at 2pm to share the workflow behind $90K weeks”).

Each comment triggers a personal DM — not a pitch, but a human touchpoint:
“Hey, thanks for your comment on my workflow post — here’s the link for Thursday’s training.”

This isn’t just engagement. It’s pipeline building.

Step 5: Post-Promotion + Follow-Up: Where the Magic Happens

Most people stop at “post and pray.”

The conversion happens in the follow-up.

After your live:

  • Send a replay email to your list with the link.
  • Post a replay reminder on social.
  • DM everyone who engaged: “Hey [Name], thanks for watching! What was your biggest takeaway?”

Use their responses as your intel for future content. This is where $24K days and $45K sales start.

Step 6: The Premium Content Multiplier

Your live video isn’t a one-and-done. It’s a content goldmine.

From one 10–15 minute live, you can create:

  • Short Reels (each workflow step = one reel)
  • A LinkedIn article or blog post
  • A carousel post
  • Email newsletters
  • Text messages or short posts

This multiplies your reach across platforms without creating from scratch.

It also creates a feedback loop: you watch what lands, refine, and repeat.
